Mylopotas is by far the busiest beach on the island and it is where most people spend their day. South west of Chora with over 1 km of fine golden sand, Mylopotas is one of the finest beaches in the Aegean. Get tanned and have a relaxing day on a deck chair, or move your body with some of the best watersports available on the island. The sheltered bay is littered with cafes, bars and restaurants open day and night. Mylopotas is easy to reach on foot or by bus. The bus departs from the village every 15 minutes, returning at the same intervals. If you prefer to walk, you will find a donkey trail leaving the main road directly before Mario"s restaurant
